PLAYER ACCOUNT

Age

Single Account

You may only open and use one single account. All players agree to this by checking off a recognition statement upon registration. Multiple accounts are subject to being disabled. Accuracy

You must keep your registration (Player Profile) details up to date at all times. If you change your address, email, phone number or any other contact or personal information, you must contact support@vegascrestcasino.ag in order to update your account information.

Password and Username

The Player is solely responsible for keeping his/her account username and password secure and secret, and will take appropriate measures to protect that information. The Player is solely responsible for any deposits, wagers, losses or other transactions which may be made or occur involving the Player's account. If a Player misplaces, forgets, loses account information, or if a Player gives away, discloses or loses his or her account number and password, Vegas Crest Casino will not be responsible and will not be held liable for any amounts in or claims regarding that account. Any actions carried out through your account will stand if your username and password have been entered correctly. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it here.

Activation

All applicants will be sent an email to the registered email address confirming account activation. All accounts will be activated immediately upon registration and future communications will take place through the email address provided. If the email address is invalid or was incorrectly entered at the time of account registration, Vegas Crest Casino will prompt the player to correct or provide a new valid email address where the player can be contacted directly. Vegas Crest Casino reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until all account details are verified.

Acceptance

Upon the successful registration of each player, the Player is bound by and agrees to the acceptance of; the terms and conditions of this agreement (and their amendments), and the rules of the game(s). No Liability

Availability of Website Tournaments & Offers

All website tournaments and offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, IP address, email address, telephone number, debit/credit card and shared computer, ie.: school, university, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to you or group of Players. Limit on Wagers

A maximum of $5.00 or 10% (whichever is lower) of any bonus type received, or any winnings derived from bonuses may be wagered at a time, per game round, spin or hand. Any breach of this or any other Bonus Terms may lead to bonus and winnings being voided, bonus privileges revoked and/or account closure.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at our sole discretion. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by us, any sum deducted from your account with respect to that stake or wager shall be credited back to your account. Wagers shall only be valid if accepted by our server and subject to the Agreement. Player Eligibility

Account Dormancy

Should an account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period exceeding one hundred and eighty days (180) days and where the account also has a balance, Vegas Crest Casino shall attempt to contact you with a view to return any remaining funds. Should this not be possible, the remaining balance (if any) may be forfeited.

Aside from any play-through or wagering requirement, in our lone and absolute discretion, you may lose any bonuses and winnings obtained if these balances are not used by you within a period of six (6) months from the date on which such bonus(es) or winnings were issued to you. Please note that specified time frames as indicated and associated with a respective bonus or balance shall supersede if the date(s) or timeframe(s) are less than that noted above.

Loyalty and Compensation points awarded shall be viewed as Bonuses and the non-use of these will be applied.

Inter-Account Transfers

The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited.

Termination / Suspension of Account By Us

Vegas Crest Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to permanently disable your account at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit/debit card and/or sent to you by cheque, wire or money transfer. However, Vegas Crest Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance under any of the following circumstances:

Termination / Suspension of Account By You

You are entitled to close your account and terminate these Terms and Conditions on not less than four (4) working days' notice to us at any time, provided that your account does not show a balance that is due to us, by contacting us at support@vegascrestcasino.ag, in each case clearly:

Indicating your wish to close Your Account and stating the reasons why you wish to close your account.

We will reply to your request, confirming closure of your account and the date on which such closure will be effective, within a reasonable time, provided that you continue to assume responsibility for all activity on your account until such closure has been carried out by us.

The Terms and Conditions shall terminate with effect from the date on which the closure of your account takes effect. When you request closure of your account we will return any outstanding balance in your account to you, using the same method of payment which was used to fund your account, or such other accepted updated payment methods with which you have provided to us subsequently, except where we are withholding such monies as a result of Cheating, Irregular Play, Collusion, Fraud and Criminal Activity, or breach of the terms of these General Terms and Conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Vegas Crest Casino's server software shall be the official register of all gaming transactions. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on Player's downloaded Casino Software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official record and shall govern the result of play and shall be the its final and official result. The Company shall not be liable for any amounts resulting from any such discrepancy.

  5. Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, lightning etc.).
  6. Outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism.
  7. Actions of government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent).
  8. Malfunctions of casino's central computer system (or any part thereof).

Please note that under no circumstance will Vegas Crest Casino be liable for information or communication received or derived from third parties, whether or not we appear to be the source of such information or to have endorsed or linked to such information.

All rules and terms and conditions posted on our website or in email offers are final. Information given by support personnel which contradicts any of these rules and terms and conditions, constitutes a mistake on the part of that individual and, while unfortunate, is null and void.

Interruptions / Disconnections

Should any game be at any time interrupted and/or disconnected, the situation at the point of interruption and results from the previous game should be displayed when the player re-starts the game. If the player is disconnected from the Vegas Crest Casino server mid-game, the player will be able to continue and complete that game exactly as if the player had never left. If Vegas Crest Casino's server did not receive the player's wager, the player's balance will not have been reduced and the player will see the result of the previous wager.

In the event that you are unable or fail to finish a multi-stage game (ie.: our iSlots) before signing out of the website, application or software, you must complete that same game the next time you sign in.

Systems Malfunction

Refunds

Scratch Card Refunds

For all scratch card games in which you (the player) participate, it shall be deemed that this scratch card has been utilised at the purchase of it. You will not be permitted to any refund, substitution or any scratch procedure, whether you have progressed to scratch the underlying symbol or not.

Deposit Refunds

Right to Void

Change

BANKING, DEPOSITS AND WITHDRWALS

ID Verification

Upon requesting your first withdrawal, Vegas Crest Casino will request copies of the following:

  • Valid photo ID, such as Driver’s License or Passport.
  • Proof of Residence, such as a utility bill (no older than 3 months).

Please note in addition to the above, Vegas Crest Casino reserves the right to request copies or proof of ownership of the deposit method(s) used to fund your account at any time.

Purchase Confirmations

All purchases are held in the name of this website, the funding method's descriptor name or Vista Gaming, until such time that they become settled by the bank.

Therefore, please note: a person attempting to make a deposit on our site will only become a valid player once a transaction has been fully settled via the player’s bank and the funds are reflected in the Website’s bank account. USE of DEPOSIT and WITHDRAWAL METHODS

Note that there will be charges for withdrawals, levied by the different payment processors. The preceding may range from $0 to $100 per transaction, depending on: (i) payment method (ii) withdrawal amount. These service fees include, but are not limited to, wire remittance fees, wire acceptance fees, foreign exchange differences, transaction fees etc. All of these fees will be borne by you, as the player.

AVAILABILITY of FUNDS and RETURNS

The Player accepts that it is their sole responsibility to ascertain whether they have sufficient funds in their bank account or e-wallet at the time that the deposit is made. Vegas Crest Casino reserves the right to reject deposits with insufficient funds in the account to be debited at the time of the deposit and/or void any winnings accrued as a result of that deposit.

Returns, disputes or unsettled transactions from any credit/debit card, bank transfer solution or e-wallet will not be accepted by Vegas Crest Casino. In the event that Vegas Crest Casino receives any returns, all winnings will be lost, even if the returns have been subsequently settled and Vegas Crest Casino reserves the right to take any action against the perpetrator, including the reporting of such conduct to credit and processing agencies.

LIMITS ON WITHDRAWALS

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100

Withdrawals under $3,000 will be paid out in lump sum. Withdrawals higher than $3,000 will be paid out in increments of $3,000 based on agreed upon terms between the player and Vegas Crest Casino. Note that any remaining unpaid balances may still be requested for reversal.

For a promotion which is awarded without the need for the player to make a deposit (including but not limited to: free chip bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, free spins offer) the maximum combined withdrawal amount for winnings generated from the promotion is $100.

RECOVERY OF FEES

We reserve the right to recover any fees covered on deposits without prior notice if little or no play is made between deposit and withdrawal.

WITHDRAWAL CALENDAR

Before you make any withdrawal, your identity needs to be verified by the Vegas Crest Casino. You will need to submit the required documents as provided under the ID Verification clause above. In addition to that, you may be requested to complete and return a copy of a Deposit Acceptance Form within 48 hours from the time you requested the withdrawal. You will need to complete, sign and return the signed form back to the Vegas Crest Casino. Failure to do so within a specified time of 72 hours from time that you received the form will invalidate your withdrawal request.

You may request a withdrawal at any time. Withdrawals must be approved by our internal review process which will occur after two (2) full business days for requests received by 11:59PM EDT. You may cancel any Withdrawal request(s) at any time provided that said request(s) has not already been approved and sent.

Please note that withdrawals will not be reviewed or processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Updating Payment Details

Updating or adding additional payment details that are not permitted by the system may only be done by contacting support@vegascrestcasino.ag. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the terms upon which your payments are accepted.

Limitation of Liability

The Player agrees to hold Vegas Crest Casino, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of Player's (i) use of the Vegas Crest Casino website, (ii) use of any materials at or obtained from the website, (iii) participation in the Games, (v) the acceptance of any Prize, or (v) use of the Vegas Crest Casino Software, (vi) delays or interruptions in operations or transmission, (vii) loss or corruption of data, communication or lines’ failure.

Vegas Crest Casino (including its parent and subsidiary companies, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations) will not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenues, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not currently foreseeable by us.

The Player further and specifically indemnifies and holds harmless Vegas Crest Casino, its parent and subsidiary companies, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the Player arising from any and all interaction with the Website, the Company and/or its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations.

Such action shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of the illegality of online wagering within the Player's jurisdiction.

OTHER

Player Acknowledgements

  1. The Player confirms that any play at Vegas Crest Casino (including incidental activities such as opening an account, making deposits or bets, or withdrawing winnings) is purely for personal enjoyment, recreation and entertainment. Any other use is strictly prohibited. The Player represents and warrants that Player's interest in and use of the Games and the Website is not professional. Financial Institution

Vegas Crest Casino is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Player's account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.

Currency

The use of the $ symbol indicates US Dollars only, the use of the £ symbol indicates British Pounds only and the use of the € symbol indicates Euros only.

Waiver

If we fail to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.

A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.

No waiver by us of any of the provisions of the Terms of Use shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.

Severability

If any of the Terms of Use are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, the Operator's original intent.

Third Parties

Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall create or confer any rights on any persons not party to these Terms and Conditions.

Assignment
