By registering as a VegasCrest member and by wagering on this website you fully accept and understand that all the following terms and conditions apply.

In the following Terms and Conditions, 'you' or 'your' or 'user' or 'player' or 'member' or 'applicant' refers to any person who uses the software provided on the VegasCrest website. And unless otherwise stated, 'we', 'us' 'ours', 'company' or 'website' refers collectively to VegasCrest (www.vegascrestcasino.ag) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors.

Player account

Age

All applicants must be 21 years of age or over and in any case shall have attained the age of majority as stipulated in their country, state, or province of residence to register with VegasCrest. VegasCrest absolutely prohibits minors or those underage from participating in any of the games or using the Services. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any Player and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. It is each Player's responsibility to check that the laws in their province/state/country concerning gambling allow them to use our services prior to registration.

VegasCrest absolutely prohibits minors or those underage from participating in any of the games or using the Services.

Single account

You may only open and use one single account on this website. All players agree to this by checking off a recognition statement upon registration. Multiple accounts are subject to being disabled. Winnings derived from multiple accounts will be forfeited and will not be paid out as they would have been won illegitimately. Deposits made by players into a multiple account are not cashable or refundable.

Accuracy

You must keep your registration (Player Profile) always details up to date. If you change your address, email, phone number or any other contact or personal information, you must contact [email protected] to update your account information.

Password and Username

The Player is solely responsible for keeping his/her account username and password secure and secret and will take appropriate measures to protect that information. The Player is solely responsible for any deposits, wagers, losses, or other transactions which may be made or occur involving the Player's account. If a Player misplaces, forgets, loses account information, or if a Player gives away, discloses, or loses his or her account number and password, VegasCrest will not be responsible and will not be held liable for any amounts in or claims regarding that account. Any actions carried out through your account will stand if your username and password have been entered correctly. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it here.

Activation

All applicants will be sent an email to the registered email address confirming account activation. All accounts will be activated immediately upon registration and future communications will take place through the email address provided. If the email address is invalid or was incorrectly entered at the time of account registration, VegasCrest will prompt the player to correct or provide a new valid email address where the player can be contacted directly. VegasCrest reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until all account details are verified.

Acceptance

Upon the successful registration of each player, the Player is bound by and agrees to the acceptance of; the terms and conditions of this agreement (and their amendments), and the rules of the game(s). By accepting and implementing any of our promotional offers, the member confirms that the promotional terms and conditions have been read, understood, and agreed to.

We recommend that all members print out (or save to file) all transaction records, rules, cancellation policies, and withdrawal policies. It is also recommended that you read the section related to the Terms and Conditions of each Promotion, or to specific Promotion Bonus Terms.

No liability

VegasCrest shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have risen out of or in connection with VegasCrest 's Services or Website, including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the Website or its content or any errors or omissions in the Website's content. VegasCrest reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time.

Availability of website tournaments & offers

All website tournaments and offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, IP address, email address, telephone number, debit/credit card and shared computer, i.e.: school, university, public library, or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer, or all offers to you or the group of Players. The terms and conditions of each offer can be read in the section dedicated to bonuses and other offers.

Limit on wagers

Deposit Promotions - When a deposit promotion is claimed, a maximum of $5.00 or 10% (whichever is lower) of the deposit amount or bonus awarded (whichever is lower) may be wagered at a time, per game, round, spin or hand while having a wagering requirement balance. This rule applies to all games except for Live Multi-Player Bingo and also applies to all wagers derived from any winnings while having a wagering requirement balance.

Any breach of this or any other Bonus Terms may lead to a bonus and winnings being voided, bonus privileges revoked, and/or account closure.

No-Deposit Promotions - When a no-deposit promotion is claimed, a maximum of $5.00 or 10% (whichever is lower) of the bonus received may be wagered at a time, per game, round, spin or hand while having a wagering requirement balance. This rule applies to all games except for Live Multi-Player Bingo and also applies to all wagers derived from any winnings while having a wagering requirement balance.

Any breach of this or any other Bonus Terms may lead to a bonus and winnings being voided, bonus privileges revoked, and/or account closure.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at our sole discretion. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by us, any sum deducted from your account with respect to that stake or wager shall be credited back to your account. Wagers shall only be valid if accepted by our server and subject to the Agreement. Until acceptance, no communications from you shall be binding on us and all information displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to play only. Malfunction (whether on this Website or with your equipment) voids all pays and plays. Should we determine to waive a rule in the interest of fair play to you, it shall only be for that instance and shall not set a precedent for the future.

Player balances:

• Cash - This balance can be played on any Bingo, Casino or Live Dealer game and consists of the money you funded your account with, and any winnings received from our cash paying games.

• Bonus – This balance is given as a result of a promotion and can be played/used as per the Terms and Conditions of the promotion. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions.

• Bingo Bonus – Can be played in Live Multi-Player Bingo rooms & Mini Games

• Sportsbook Bonus – Can be played only on sportsbook and sporting events.

• Wagering Requirement - This balance must be played down to zero to be eligible to request a Withdrawal of any winnings derived from a bonus or free spins promotion.

Player eligibility

Employees of VegasCrest its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers, and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to register to this website and participate in the Games.

Account dormancy

Should a non-funder’s account remain dormant and inactive for a period exceeding ninety (90) days; or if a funder’s account has been dormant and inactive for a period exceeding one hundred and eighty (180) days; all remaining balances will be forfeited. VegasCrest shall attempt to contact you via your registered e-mail address with a view to returning any remaining funds. An exception may be granted if an affected Player is able to provide a genuine reason with supporting documentation for the inactivity.

Inter-account transfers

The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited.

Termination / suspension of account by us

VegasCrest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to permanently disable your account at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit/debit card and/or sent to you by cheque, wire, or money transfer. However, VegasCrest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance under any of the following circumstances:

• if you have more than one active account at VegasCrest.

• If the name on your player account does not match the name on the payment or withdrawal method used (including credit card(s), e-wallets, Money Transfers etc., etc.) used to fund or withdraw from your account.

• If you participate in a promotion and cash-in (request a payout) before fulfilling the requirements of that promotion.

• If you provide incorrect or misleading registration or Player Profile information.

• If you are not of legal age in the province/state/country and/or jurisdiction where you reside.

• If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to access or play using your account.

• If you have not played on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other Player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);

• If you have "charged back" any of the deposits made with your credit card or any available payment method associated to your account.

• If you are found to be exploiting, colluding, cheating, conducting criminal activity such as money laundering or undertaking any fraudulent activity of any kind.

• If it is determined that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems ‘bots’) designed specifically to defeat VegasCrest; or that you have made irregular betting or wagering patterns, or suspicious or irregular betting strategies.

• If you use the Website or your account in bad faith.

• If you make statements that are sexually explicit or offensive in any chat facility, including expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred or profanity, OR

• If the VegasCrest should become aware that you have played at any other on-line website under any of the foregoing circumstances set out above.

Termination / suspension of account by you

You are entitled to close your account and terminate these Terms and Conditions on not less than four (4) working days' notice to us at any time, provided that your account does not show a balance that is due to us, by contacting us at [email protected] , in each case clearly:

Indicating your wish to close Your Account and stating the reasons why you wish to close your account.

We will reply to your request, confirming closure of your account and the date on which such closure will be effective, within a reasonable time, if you continue to assume responsibility for all activity on your account until such closure has been carried out by us.

The Terms and Conditions shall terminate with effect from the date on which the closure of your account takes effect. When you request closure of your account we will return any outstanding balance in your account to you, using the same method of payment which was used to fund your account, or such other accepted updated payment methods with which you have provided to us subsequently, except where we are withholding such monies as a result of Cheating, Irregular Play, Collusion, Fraud and Criminal Activity, or breach of the terms of these General Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual property

We hereby grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the VegasCrest Website and the Software and all content derived from the VegasCrest Website and the Software, including copyright and all intellectual property rights therein, in connection with the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademark and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the VegasCrest Website and the Software shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by us or our licensors.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the VegasCrest Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. Any other use of such material and content is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, tamper with, or create derivative works of such material and content.

Disputes, Complaints, Discrepancies & Malfunctions

If you have any disputes regarding any outcome of any Round, you must submit in writing the disputed numerical Round Identifier (Round ID) along with a written explanation outlining the details of the dispute by email to [email protected] within 24 hours of the disputed event.

VegasCrest's server software shall be the official register of all gaming transactions. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on Player's downloaded Casino Software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official record and shall govern the result of play and shall be its final and official result. The Company shall not be liable for any amounts resulting from any such discrepancy.

VegasCrest shall not be liable for any damages caused by the following scenarios:

• Interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the internet.

• Fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.

• Any event or major occurrence that is out of our control.

• Telecommunications or any other data transmission system failings that lead to delays, losses, errors, or omissions.

• Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, lightning etc.).

• Outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism.

• Actions of government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent).

• Malfunctions of casino's central computer system (or any part thereof).

Please note that under no circumstance will VegasCrest be liable for information or communication received or derived from third parties, whether or not we appear to be the source of such information or to have endorsed or linked to such information.

All rules and terms and conditions posted on our website or in email offers are final. Information given by support personnel which contradicts any of these rules and terms and conditions, constitutes a mistake on the part of that individual and, while unfortunate, is null and void.

Interruptions / Disconnections

Should any game be at any time interrupted and/or disconnected, the situation at the point of interruption and results from the previous game should be displayed when the player re-starts the game. If the player is disconnected from the VegasCrest server mid-game, the player will be able to continue and complete that game exactly as if the player had never left. If VegasCrest's server did not receive the player's wager, the player's balance will not have been reduced and the player will see the result of the previous wager.

If you are unable or fail to finish a multi-stage game before signing out of the website, application, or software, you must complete that same game the next time you sign in.

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for technical failures which are caused by the equipment which you are using to access the Website, or faults which relate to your or their internet service provider.

Systems malfunction

Where a manifest error, mistake, or system failure results in an incorrect odd, line or handicap taken in a bet, including but not limited to palpable error, the bet, or that part of the bet if it is a multiple bet/parlay will be null and void.

Refunds

In the event of a system malfunction all wagers are void. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of VegasCrest management.

Deposit Refunds

VegasCrest will not be liable to refund any deposits from payment gateways that (for reasons known or unknown) do not reflect in your gaming account until such time that the Company has identified the funds and have confirmed that they have cleared and reflect in the bank account of VegasCrest. At such time, these funds will be credited to your player account or refunded back to the same funding method used (if requested).

Publicity

By accepting any prize and/or winnings, you agree and consent to having your name, username or likeness used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Additionally, you hereby resign all rights in any materials used for advertising and promotion and agree that all rights in and to such materials will belong to the VegasCrest.

Right to void

VegasCrest reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited. In the event of a Website system malfunction all bets are void.

Change

VegasCrest reserves the right to suspend, modify, remove or add to the Website any games or software at its sole discretion with immediate effect and without notice. VegasCrest shall not be liable to you for any loss suffered by you resulting from any changes made or for any modification or suspension of or discontinuance of the Software or Services and You shall have no claims against VegasCrest in such regard. VegasCrest Management holds the right to amend any promotion with the necessary changes or discontinue completely without prior notice.

Live multiplayer bingo:

Bingo Rules, Definitions and Terminology Used in Our Game

A Purchase - Occurs after a Player enters the VegasCrest website and Purchases a Bingo card(s) from funds that have been deposited in a Player's Account by the Player.

A Card - Represents a set of randomly collected numbers between 1 and 75 organized in 5 columns, 5 row configurations. Card purchases are final, and no refund is available on cards already purchased. Refund of the balance in player account is subject to cash out rules. Kindly note that the Bonuses associated with deposits will be forfeited in case of a refund.

You have the right to close an account at any time, providing the account does not show a balance is due to us. You should indicate your desire to close an account in writing, via e-mail, fax, or letter.

A Game - Is a collection of purchased cards that are valid and in play.

A Game Variation - Is a specified pattern that must be matched on a Player's card to win a Game and receive a Prize.

A Call - Is a broadcast message from our Game server, received by your computer containing a randomly generated number between 1 and 75.

A Bingo Claim - Is a broadcast message from a Player's computer, received by the VegasCrest game server identifying that Player as a holder of a Game Variation.

In Play - Will be the term used to describe any Game that has been initialized by our Game server and is receiving calls and communicating with the Game server.

A Prize - Is a cash allotment that is payable to a Player (or Players if there are more than one winner) who identifies to VegasCrest, through a Bingo Call, a match to the Game Variation of a Player Card. Prizes are automatically deposited into a Player's Winner Account.

Games will be offered at approximately 2 (two) minutes after completion of a previous game. VegasCrest has exclusive authority to modify the Game schedule without prior notice.

In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Game Variation as it is recorded in VegasCrest's database, and that recorded by the Player, the Calls recorded in the VegasCrest game server shall be considered valid. Don't worry, connection issues are a reality of the Internet, and this has been taken into consideration by VegasCrest. If you leave a game in which you have purchased cards by your own actions or no fault of your own, your cards will continue to play as if you're still logged in! Most importantly, if your card(s) is a winner, you will still get your prize. You can check your activities in your account.

Pre-Order Privilege Discretion: Pre-Order is an Exclusive Game Feature that is subject to management's approval. Management holds the right to eradicate a player's right to pre-order tickets for any Bingo Game in any Room without prior notice at any time. Management is not obliged to give any explanation whatsoever for any actions taken regarding this matter.

Pre-Order privilege is only available for players who have made at least one deposit in the last 30 days. For a player to be able to pre-order a player must have a cash balance.

Refund: a credit return for all pre-ordered games which are cancelled. Cancelled: a pre-order purchase which does not play due to a schedule change, or other reason affecting the game schedule. A refund is granted when a pre-order is cancelled.

Banking, deposits, and withdrawals

ID verification

Upon requesting your first withdrawal, VegasCrest will request copies of the following:

• Valid photo ID, such as Driver’s License or Government issued Identity Card.

• Proof of Residence, such as a utility bill (no older than 3 months).

Please note in addition to the above, VegasCrest reserves the right to request copies or proof of ownership of the deposit method(s) used to fund your account at any time.

Purchase confirmations

All purchases are held in the name of this website, the funding method's descriptor name or Vista Gaming, until such time that they become settled by the bank.

Therefore, please note: a person attempting to make a deposit on our site will only become a valid player once a transaction has been fully settled via the player’s bank and the funds are reflected in the Website’s bank account. Prior to this, VegasCrest reserves the right to accept or decline this purchase/deposit and as such, these transactions are placed in the name of the website, until settlement is confirmed.

Use of deposit and withdrawal methods

If a debit or credit card, bank wire, money transfer, or e-wallet has been used to deposit moneys, the name must match the name registered on the card, or the name of the bank account holder, or e-wallet account holder, and all of them must match the name listed in your player account profile with VegasCrest.

Withdrawals by wire, cheque, debit or credit card, or e-wallet will only be payable to the exact name used when registering with us. Where this is not the case the account may be suspended. Where an account is suspended, you should contact support at [email protected] for details of our verification process.

Note that there will be charges for withdrawals, levied by the different payment processors. The preceding may range from $0 to $100 per transaction, depending on: (i) payment method (ii) withdrawal amount. These service fees include, but are not limited to, wire remittance fees, wire acceptance fees, foreign exchange differences, transaction fees etc. All of these fees will be borne by you, as the player.

Availability of funds and returns

The Player accepts that it is their sole responsibility to ascertain whether they have sufficient funds in their bank account or e-wallet at the time that the deposit is made. VegasCrest reserves the right to reject deposits with insufficient funds in the account to be debited at the time of the deposit and/or void any winnings accrued as a result of that deposit.

Returns, disputes or unsettled transactions from any credit/debit card, bank transfer solution or e-wallet will not be accepted by VegasCrest. In the event that VegasCrest receives any returns, all winnings will be lost, even if the returns have been subsequently settled and VegasCrest reserves the right to take any action against the perpetrator, including the reporting of such conduct to credit and processing agencies.

Limits on withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 or €100

Withdrawals under $3,000 or €3000 will be paid out in lump sum. Withdrawals higher than $3,000 o €300 will be paid out in increments of $3,000 or €3000 based on agreed upon terms between the player and VegasCrest. Note that any remaining unpaid balances may still be requested for reversal.

For a promotion which is awarded without the need for the player to make a deposit (including but not limited to: free chip bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, free spins offer) the maximum combined withdrawal amount for winnings generated from the promotion is $100.

Recovery of fees

We reserve the right to recover any fees covered on deposits without prior notice if little or no play is made between deposit and withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions

As part of our anti money laundering requirements, your first withdrawal must be done by Bank Transfer to solidly verify that the person claiming the withdrawal is the person receiving the withdrawal. All proceeding withdrawals can be made by any of our available options.

Before you make any withdrawal, your identity needs to be verified by the VegasCrest You will need to submit the required documents as provided under the ID Verification clause above. In addition to that, you may be requested to complete and return a copy of a Deposit Acceptance Form within 48 hours from the time you requested the withdrawal. You will need to complete, sign, and return the signed form back to the VegasCrest Failure to do so within a specified time of 72 hours from the time that you received the form will invalidate your withdrawal request.

You may request a withdrawal at any time as long as there has been an initial deposit of no less than $25.00 to the account and the wagering requirement has been met. All withdrawal requests must be reviewed and approved by our internal review process. Please allow for 3-5 Business days. You may cancel any Withdrawal request(s) at any time provided that said request(s) has not already been approved and sent.

Please note that withdrawals will not be reviewed or processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Updating Payment Details

Updating or adding additional payment details that are not permitted by the system may only be done by contacting [email protected] . It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the terms upon which your payments are accepted.

Limitation of Liability

The Player agrees to hold VegasCrest, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of Player's (i) use of the VegasCrest website, (ii) use of any materials at or obtained from the website, (iii) participation in the Games, (v) the acceptance of any Prize, or (v) use of the VegasCrest Software, (vi) delays or interruptions in operations or transmission, (vii) loss or corruption of data, communication or lines’ failure.

VegasCrest (including its parent and subsidiary companies, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations) will not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenues, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not currently foreseeable by us.

The Player further and specifically indemnifies and holds harmless VegasCrest, its parent and subsidiary companies, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the Player arising from any and all interaction with the Website, the Company and/or its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations.

Such action shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of the illegality of online wagering within the Player's jurisdiction.

Other

Player acknowledgements

The Player confirms that any play at VegasCrest (including incidental activities such as opening an account, making deposits or bets, or withdrawing winnings) is purely for personal enjoyment, recreation, and entertainment. Any other use is strictly prohibited. The Player represents and warrants that Player's interest in, and use of, the Games and the Website is not professional. Further, by playing the Games, the Player confirms that he or she does not find the Website, the Games or online gaming to be offensive, immoral, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.

The Player acknowledges that some people have an addiction to gambling and/or other inability to control their gaming and wagering activities. The Company will not in any event be liable in any way to any such person for any losses, damages or other effects of such problems or activities (without limiting the scope of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions).

Tax

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from the Website. VegasCrest does not provide advice to Account Holders regarding tax and/or legal matters.

The casino does not and will not report any winnings to any authority (tax or otherwise). The Player is solely responsible for their winnings and/or for any liability(ies) that may or may not entail in your jurisdiction. By the same token, The Casino will not attest to any third party the status of your account, or the results of any activity registered in your account as a result of a winning or a loss.

Financial institution

VegasCrest is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Player's account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.

Currency

The use of the $ symbol indicates US Dollars only, the use of the € symbol indicates Euros only and the use of the R$ symbol indicates Brazilian Real only.

Waiver
